ABSTRACT

The Cardox System consists of a high strength reusable steel Tube, a Chemical Safety Heater (D 77.5), a Rupture Disc, a Discharge Head and a Filling-Firing Head. Normally, it is used effectively for clearing build ups and blockages in preheater towers, silos, bins, cyclone. It can be used in a wide range of applications such removing rings in rotary kilns, demolitions.

Cardox System is the fastest, most efficient and safest way to clear blockages (medium- high hardness), which occur in kilns, feed pipes, cyclones for both equipment and workers.
